Antoni Vanrell Mas has joined IdISBa today as a data analyst (Professional Group A) for the project “Innovation Ecosystems”. He will work within the PRIIDISBA platform and will report to Marga Frontera.

His responsibilities will include:

• Identification, extraction, and transformation of multimodal data and images from different sources, including their anonymization or pseudonymization.
• Application of international standards for data interoperability and data sovereignty.
• Standardization and mapping of clinical and administrative data using international vocabularies (OMOP, SNOMED-CT, LOINC, CIAP-2, ICD-10).
• Validation and processing of clinical data to ensure quality and consistency.
• Preparation of technical documentation, including data validation reports, analytical models, and vocabulary standardization.
• Development and validation of clinical data analysis models.
