The platform is functionally organized into two independent units:
- Genomics Unit: located in Module F, Floor -1, Son Espases University Hospital.
- Bioinformatics Unit: located on the ground floor of Building S, Son Espases University Hospital.

- Linux server on HP workstation: 32 GB RAM, Intel Core i78700K, 2 TB HDD + 500 GB SSD
- HP workstation with 2 TB HDD, 16 GB RAM, Intel Xeon E52643 @ 3.30 GHz for Affymetrix array analysis
- Three HP workstations with 4 TB HDD, 64 GB RAM, Intel Xeon E52643 @ 3.30 GHz for advanced processing
