IdISBa welcomes Ana María Arnau Trillo as Human Resources Management Technician

The Health Research Institute of the Balearic Islands (IdISBa) has welcomed Ana María Arnau Trillo as a Human Resources Management Technician. She will carry out her duties at IdISBa's headquarters, located in Building S of the Son Espases University Hospital.

• Implementing the organisation's labour policy.
• Processing payroll payments.
• Handling and managing human resources processes (leave, permits, holidays, multiple employment arrangements, etc.).
• Responding to requests and providing information to staff and affiliated personnel.
• Assisting in the management of labour-related incidents, enquiries, procedures, legal matters, etc.
• Supporting the management of all types of human resources recruitment and hiring processes, including onboarding new staff, renewing existing contracts, and organising staff selection procedures.
• Maintaining control of and filing documentation related to the Human Resources Area.
• Assisting in budget preparation concerning personnel costs.
• Monitoring, overseeing, and implementing corrective measures related to occupational health and safety.
• Coordinating business activities with the centres and institutions where the Foundation carries out its research activities.
• Providing support, when necessary, to the economic management and administrative procurement area.
• Monitoring the institution's Equality and Diversity Plan.
• Monitoring the institution's Human Resources Plan.
