New contract at IdISBa: Lesly Yaritza Bargüen González joins as a Human Resources management technician
IdISBa welcomes Lesly Yaritza Bargüen González, who joins the Institute as a Human Resources management technician, within professional group C, in the framework of the"GREAT‑IdISBa: Generate Research Excellence and Advanced Therapies in IdISBa" (ITS2023‑121) project
This position consists of an open-ended contract linked to a research project, with a full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week), based at the IdISBa facilities at Son Espases University Hospital.
Main responsibilities
Within the framework of the project and the Institute's activities, Lesly Yaritza Bargüen González will perform tasks related to Human Resources management, including:
- Implementing the institution's labour policies.
- Managing and reviewing payroll processes.
- Handling HR administrative procedures (leave, holidays, permits, etc.).
- Addressing staff queries and resolving internal issues.
- Supporting recruitment processes and job calls.
- Managing and maintaining HR documentation.
- Monitoring contracts, renewals and terminations.
- Assisting with budget planning related to personnel costs.
- Supporting occupational risk prevention and coordination of activities.
