Mou-te per elles: A Charity Event to Support Breast Cancer Research
On Saturday, 24 October, the training centre Urban Trainers in Palma will host a charity event to raise funds for breast cancer research. Under the slogan "Mou-te per elles", all registration fees will be donated to the Functional Oncogenomics Research Group at IdISBa, which is working to advance knowledge and develop new therapeutic strategies against this disease.
The event will take place at Urban Trainers and will feature three training sessions adapted to different fitness levels, allowing everyone to take part and contribute to the cause.
Schedule and levels
Level 1
🕤 9:30 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.
Session aimed at adults aged 18 and over who are new to exercise or lead a more sedentary lifestyle.
Level 2
🕥 10:30 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.
Session designed for active or trained participants aged 10 and above.
Level 2
🕦 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
Second session for active or trained participants aged 10 and above.
Train for a good cause
Registration for any of the sessions costs €10, with 100% of the proceeds going to support breast cancer research carried out by the Functional Oncogenomics Research Group at IdISBa.
Those who are unable to attend the event can also contribute through a voluntary donation to support this research line.
This initiative offers a unique opportunity to combine physical activity, solidarity and commitment to biomedical research, helping to drive new advances in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
