Management Seminar: “Presentation of IdISBa’s New Fundraising Platform: An Opportunity to Support the Institute’s Research and the Projects of Its Research Groups”
The Health Research Institute of the Balearic Islands (IdISBa) is organising a new session of its 2026 Management Seminar Series, dedicated to the presentation of the institute's new fundraising platform, an initiative designed to encourage individuals, companies and organisations to support the biomedical research carried out at IdISBa and the projects developed by its research groups.
The session, entitled "Presentation of IdISBa's New Fundraising Platform: An Opportunity to Support the Institute's Research and the Projects of Its Research Groups", will take place on 28 September 2026 at 1:30 p.m., in both in-person and online formats.
The seminar will be delivered by Carlos Enrique Herrero, Manager of IdISBa, and Maria Reyero Fernández, member of the Institute's Communication Unit. During the session, the speakers will present the main features of the new platform and explain the opportunities it offers for supporting scientific activity at IdISBa and promoting the development of health research projects.
The platform has been created with the aim of opening new channels of collaboration between society and the research community, helping to strengthen public engagement with biomedical research and the generation of knowledge aimed at improving healthcare and population health outcomes.
The session may be attended in person in rooms 102-103 (floor +1, module L) at Son Espases University Hospital or online via Microsoft Teams.
