PROGRAM:
- Opening session. Objectives, takeaways for attendees, and ground rules (laptops, patient data, intellectual property, VPNs).
- Activity 1. Deep researchers: Deep Research. How autonomous agents (OpenAI Deep Research, Claude Research, Gemini Deep Research, Perplexity) can scan hundreds of sources in minutes.
- Activity 2. Information analysis with NotebookLM. Uploading proprietary sources (papers, guidelines, protocols), generating mind maps, executive briefings, and audio overviews for journal clubs.
- Activity 3. Connectors and research tools in GPT-5.5 and Claude 4.7. Native connectors to PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov, Google Drive, and scientific search. Use of MCP (Model Context Protocol) to integrate proprietary sources.
- Activity 4. Vibe coding applied to clinical research. Building software through natural language descriptions using Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and Antigravity (Gemini 3.1).
- Activity 5. Diffusion models for scientific communication. Visual generation with Imagen Generation 2.0: flowcharts, scientific posters, patient journeys, and mechanism-of-action diagrams.
- Closing session and Q&A. Responsible use framework: patient data privacy, EU AI Act, verification. Resources and next steps.
